My name is Brian Tria. This policy applies to all games and applications published by me on the Google Play Store, itch.io (under the username BtriaDev), and other platforms.

I only collect data necessary to provide specific game features. Depending on which of my games you use, the following may apply:

  • Account & Authentication Features: In games that offer “Sign-in with Google” or similar account creation, I collect your Google User ID, Email Address, and Public Profile Name. This is strictly used for account management and syncing your progress.
  • Purchases & Financial Info: For paid games or in-app purchases, transactions are processed by third-party platforms (Google Play / itch.io). I do not collect or store your credit card details. However, I receive Purchase History and Transaction IDs to fulfill your orders and provide support.
  • Competitive & Leaderboard Features: I use Unity Gaming Services (UGS) to store anonymous Player IDs and game scores to provide global rankings.
  • Advertising & Analytics: In games supported by ads, third-party networks (like AdMob or Unity Ads) may collect your Advertising ID and device info to show relevant ads. I also collect anonymous performance data (crash logs) to fix bugs.

Data Deletion: You may also request the deletion of your account, email, or leaderboard data at any time by contacting me at info@briantria.com.

3. Third-Party Partners Link to heading

My games utilize trusted services including Google Play Services, Unity Gaming Services, and AdMob. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

My games may contain links to external sites like itch.io or Ko-fi (for optional developer support). These sites have their own privacy policies. I do not handle or store any financial information within my games.
